Leaving your pet with a stranger is never an easy decision, and we're sure you have a lot of questions about how it works. We've compiled some of the most common questions into the list below. If you want further information, just get in touch.

How many dogs can you walk at once?

Our dog walking service is perfect for both individual or multiple dogs, and always provide personalized attention to ensure your dog gets the exercise they need. Our maximum group dog walking size is 4 dogs per walk.

Do you offer meet and greets?

We believe that meet and greets are an essential step for all parties (both owner and pet) involved. For first time clients we require a complimentary meet and greet.

What happens in bad weather if I have a dog walk booked?

Getting rained on doesn't stop us! Lots of dogs enjoy a cooler walk. However if there is a weather warning issued for that day, we will contact you prior to your dog's walk to discuss our options.

Do I need to be home if I have booked a dog walk/house visit/pet sit?
 

 Access to your home will be discussed during our meet and greet in which we can talk about the best way to provide the service you have booked

Can you transport my pet?

We have completely doggy-fied our car so if your dog (or cat!) requires transportation we can do so.

I need to cancel my booking - how do I do this?

If something happens and you need to cancel your booking with us please contact us and let us know as soon as you can. Situations change and events happen so just keep us in the loop!

Do you look after cats?

Yes! We have had many years of experience looking after cats and have been proud cat parents before our dogs joined our family. We adore cats!
